Mesa Running, Health and Wellness Day

  • Date: 01/17/2020  (all day)

January 17th is designated by Mayor John Giles as a day in Mesa for running and promoting health and wellness among the community.

Promoting healthy activities that create social connections across communities enhances the way we live, work and play.

The City of Mesa has many trails, paved paths and other amenities that provide some the best scenery making running an enjoyable and activity.

The City of Mesa was designated as a "Runner Friendly Community" by the Road Runner Club of America in July 2018 and therefore encourages running throughout the community to promote a healthy way of life.
