Spring Registration begins January 6th at 8:00am for Mesa residents and January 13th at 8:00am for non-residents. The main office of Mesa Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department has moved.  The new main office is located at 708 W. Baseline Road, #4, which is between Country Club Drive and Extension Road.

  • Alcohol is only permitted in conjunction with a reservation.
  • Only beer and wine are permitted.
  • Alcohol must be served and consumed under the ramada or within the fenced area of the sports complex.  It is not allowed in the playground, courts or any other area of the park.
  • Alcohol is allowed in cans, boxes or non-glass cups only.  Bottles, glass containers or kegs are not allowed in the park.
  • Must be 21 to purchase an alcohol permit.
  • First-time alcohol permits must be purchased in person at the  Parks Office (708 W Baseline Rd, Building 4, Mesa, AZ 85210) and are not transferable. (Proof of age is required.) Permits are sold Monday through Thursday, from 7am - 5:30pm.  Permit holder must stay onsite during the entire reservation time. First-time permits are not issued over the phone. After initial proof of age is established, alcohol permits may be purchased by phone during regular business hours.
  • Alcohol permit fees are $25 for residents and non-residents and are only issued with a ramada or sports complex reservation.
